SLOW DANCING BASICS
This class is for older adults or anyone interested in moving to a slow continuous flow of movement.  The class combines a warm up of Brain Dance patterned movements with a little bit of ballet-barre exercise for balance and strength, movements from ballroom style disciplines as well as across the floor progressions.  No partner needed.  The idea is to continually move in an intentional slow flowing manner in this 50-minute dance class.
